Prices above are for up to 6 people. Extra guests using the pull up spare bed or the sofa bed are an additional EUR 15 per day.
A Mid-stay clean and bedlinen change (mandatory for 12 days or more) is charged at EUR 90.

Damage Deposit: All Bookings EUR 250 refundable security/damage deposit.
Booking Deposit: To secure your booking we ask for 25% This is non refundable after booking has been completed. Full payment completed 6 wks before arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
25% is due if the booking is cancelled between 60 - 30 days before arrival
50% is due if the booking is cancelled between 30 and 14 days before arrival
100% is due if cancellation is 14 days or under before arrival
If we are able to re-let your dates we will fully refund your costs without deposit amount.

The accommodation is managed locally so there is always someone available to provide access to the house and to help should you need it.
Parking near to our house is a few hundred yards away in Avenida de San Miguel. We normally drop luggage, shopping, etc. outside Bellido 4 and then go and park. During fiesta times it is better to park in marked car parks (see map). There is private parking close by that you can book for a fee during the busier months.
Check in details: Between 4pm and 9pm. Guests arriving on a late evening flight are advised to stay overnight close to the airport. Check out: By 10.30am on your departure date.

N.B Andalucía rural tourism law requires all renters and guests to supply photos of their passports/ID, in advance of arrival, so that these can be registered locally with the Guardia Civil. (Our Tourist No: VFT/CA/12879) On booking at Bellido 4 your email, contact details and a mobile phone number will be passed on to our trusted house manager.
